What we do
Theme Catch analyzes publicly available storefront information and compares it with known Shopify theme patterns. When the information is available, the detector can show the theme name, version, and where to learn more about it.
Our goal is to make theme research faster and more approachable. Instead of guessing how a store was designed, you can use Theme Catch to find a useful starting point for your own research and creative decisions.

Privacy-conscious by design
Theme detection uses publicly visible storefront information. We do not need access to a store owner’s Shopify admin or private account.
A note about accuracy
Some stores use custom, heavily modified, password-protected, or renamed themes. In those cases, public storefront signals may be incomplete, and Theme Catch may return limited information. We aim to be clear about those limitations rather than present an uncertain result as a fact.
